I take great pride in introducing visitors, snowbirds, tourists, and locals alike to the tranquil beauty of sailing aboard a catamaran.

I hold the prestigious title of Master Captain, certified by the United States Coast Guard, with a 100-ton license that is sailing and towing endorsed. My extensive experience includes captaining various sailing and motor yachts, as well as serving as a rescue towboat captain on Tampa and Sarasota Bay for over a year and a half. This diverse background in nautical command ensures a secure and delightful experience for all our guests.

Off the water, I am an avid water sports enthusiast. As a professional-level slalom course water skier, I also enjoy windsurfing and a competitive game of beach frisbee. My hobbies not only keep me connected to the water in every way possible but also fuel my passion for maritime adventures.

Introducing Captain Fred Means, a seasoned navigator with a 100-ton master’s license, proficient in near coastal sailing and towing. With an impressive career spanning over 30 years, I’ve commanded a diverse fleet ranging from historic World War II duck boats to majestic large sailboats and paddle wheel river boats.

Among my proudest achievements is being a father to two successful sons, a role that has brought me immense joy and fulfillment. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about music and an avid guitarist. I also enjoy biking and traveling, pursuits that allow me to discover new horizons and rejuvenate.

Originally from Indianapolis, IN, I have called Bradenton, FL my home since 1982. My deep-rooted passion for the water is reflected in my two decades of involvement with the Sarasota Ski-A-Rees and my personal love for boating. Meet Captain Charles Alexander Jenkins, a seasoned mariner with over 15 years of sailing experience and a USCG Master Captain license with a sailing endorsement. Born in Springfield, Ohio, Charles moved to the sunny shores of Florida at the age of 11 and has called it home ever since.

A proud 20-year survivor of non-B cell lymphoma, diagnosed in 2004, Charles’s resilience and passion for life shine through in everything he does. Now residing in St. Petersburg, FL, he brings his extensive knowledge and dedication to every voyage, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for all aboard.

When he’s not navigating the beautiful waters of Florida, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife, Heidi, who shares in his love for adventure. Known for his strong family ties, Charles comes from a family of pool sharks, a testament to his competitive spirit and precision.
