Payment Terms: 50% Deposits are required on all reservations. Final Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card the day of the event.
Liability: Idylwild Enterprises, LLC, dba Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware, LLC, or dba Kathleen D Sailing Catamaran or dba Idylwild Sailing Catamaran, or McGrail and Rowley, Inc, dba Sebago Watersports or Waypoint Ventures, LLC, liability is limited to the consideration (fee) paid by the customer.  
Cancellation Policy:  In the event of cancellation of a charter due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or other Force Majeure event the responsible entities listed will make every good faith effort to reschedule. All entities listed above shall make the final determination, in its sole discretion, in all matters of scheduling and assume no responsibility for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation. 
If the customer cancels the charter, the customer will be charged the full price of the scheduled charter.
