Here is how it works:
1- Schedule your trip in advance for a flat rate and offer the trip via auctions, as gifts or other fundraising methods and keep the "profit" for your organization.
OR
2- Buy an unscheduled trip in advance at a flat rate and let the end users schedule a trip with us at a time of their choosing. 

For either method you can sell the trip at any price, any way you choose, and keep the additional funds collected to benefit your cause.

The Kathleen D offers these trips for qualified non-profits at FLAT RATES. You have a budgeted fixed cost to work with whether it's for one or 20 persons. Our savings to your organization can be as high as 45% off the cost of a conventional private charter!

The fine print to this offer:
Whether pre or post scheduled- all times and dates of operation must be mutually agreed upon between any organization/guests and Idylwild Enterprises LLC. and / or Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware LLC(owner and operator of the Kathleen D).
Idylwild Enterprises LLC and Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware LLC reserve the right to manage the vessels operation and reschedule dates due to weather or other any other known or unforseen cause at our sole discretion.
Idylwild Enterprises LLC and Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware LLC will make every good faith effort to reschedule and make good on any scheduled trip not completed on the agreed upon date due to weather or Idylwild Enterprises LLC or Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware LLC failure to deliver services promised, at our sole discretion.
"Use it or Lose it"- All transactions must be completed within the same season (New Jersey/June-October or Miami/November-May) of a calendar year unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
